Participants will learn best practices for self care, mental health, PTSD management post Traumatic Exposure.

Topics will cover techniques to Ski Patrol rescue management, debriefs post critical incident, and quality of life decisions.

Therapy access will include Team Thrive, Linda Baird and Copper Mountain Ski Patrol EAP program with access to Building Hope Summit mental health professionals.
