CCEMS March 17 to March 23 , 2024 Importance of Sleep

This training will focus part one of a deep dive into sleep. This training will focus on circadian rhythm, sleep pressure, NREM and REM sleep, along with sleep in animals and changes in sleep over lifespan

Objective 1:

By the end of the training, the participant will be able to explain the circadian rhythm and sleep pressure.

Objective 2:

By the end of this training, the participant will be able to explain how NREM and REM sleep cycles function.

Objective 3:

By the end of this training, the participant will be able to explain how sleep changes across lifespan.
