This is a rescuer- and mission-based approach to appraising an incident to determine the risk for exposure to stress.  A personal and team-based structure will be presented for caring for those with exposure, and best practices for the days and week following an event.  The goal of this skillset is to pre-load an incident support structure for both the team and the individual for early and effective mitigation of stress, ultimately supporting long and vibrant rescue careers.

Learn how a drone team can help to quickly find and map clues and incorporate other types of data during a search. Demonstrations and discussions among current drone users in the state will hopefully serve as a point of departure for a unified drone protocol for mission coordinators and provide guidance for mutual aid and interoperability.
